The BishopKnight Group LLC.

Merger Services

At The BishopKnight Group LLC, we provide comprehensive representation to sellers, guiding them through every step of the sale process. Our team develops individualized exit strategies and works closely with each seller to ensure a successful transaction that maximizes the company's value. Our fee is calculated based on the actual price the company is sold for, not the asking price, and is only applicable when a transaction is successfully completed. We have no upfront fees, hidden charges, or cancellation fees, and our goal is to provide the best possible outcome with the lowest risk to our clients.

Please note that we only work with parties who can demonstrate their status as an Accredited Buyer as described by the U.S. SEC. We start our process with a free, confidential analysis and valuation of your company, discussing your objectives for a sale and reviewing the current market conditions. We recognize that each company is unique, with its own set of challenges and opportunities, and we consider all aspects of your business to determine a fair market asking price. We then prepare a brief marketing summary that highlights the key value drivers while protecting the identity of the seller. This summary is used to profile the opportunity to potential buyers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement.

We provide a Confidential Business Review (CBR) to prospective buyers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement and are interested in pursuing the opportunity further. We only provide greater detail about the seller to prospective buyers who are serious about the opportunity and have completed due diligence.

Once an offer is made, we consult and support our clients through due diligence and the closing of the transaction. Our fee is a nominal Success Fee at the Close of the Transaction, and we strive to provide exceptional service and value to our clients throughout the process.

We only work with those parties able to show and prove themselves to be an Accredited Buyer as described by the U.S. SEC:
