We exclusively work with Accredited Buyers as defined by the U.S. SEC. Our process begins with a complimentary, confidential analysis and valuation of your business. During this initial consultation, we discuss your sale objectives, review current market conditions, and evaluate the unique strengths, challenges, and opportunities of your company. This allows us to determine a fair market asking price tailored to your business.


To attract qualified buyers, we prepare a marketing summary that highlights your company’s key value drivers while safeguarding your identity. This summary is shared only with potential buyers who have signed a non-disclosure agreement (NDA). For those who express serious interest, we provide a Confidential Business Review (CBR) with additional details, ensuring that sensitive information is shared only with committed and qualified parties.


Once an offer is received, we stand by our clients through due diligence and the closing process, offering expert guidance every step of the way. Our nominal Success Fee is payable only at the close of the transaction, reflecting our commitment to delivering exceptional service and value throughout the entire journey.
